If you are someone who shares the same enthusiasm for the WordPress platform as we do, then Matt Mullenweg is probably one of the people you follow. If so, you must know that yesterday, Matt posted on his blog, some news about the Testimonials page on WordPress.org. More specifically, since yesterday, the page has a new look, now featuring snippets from WordPress, Twitter, and Facebook of people saying what WordPress has meant for them. You can even share your WordPress story, tweet a link to it using the #ilovewp hashtag and the best ones will be featured on the page.

We know that WordPress was released on May 27, 2003, by its founders, Matt Mullenweg and Mike Little, as a fork of b2/cafelog. More than 10 years have passed since then. Today, WordPress is a leading Content Management System for websites and blogs, and continues to empower startups, entrepreneurs, businesses of all sizes, web developers and designers, freelancers, and basically everyone to have an online presence.

Just by looking at its usability, its features and flexibility, it’s clear that WordPress was created with the user in mind. With thousands of themes, plugins and apps at your fingertips, you can add extra functionality to your website. Additionally, interactive plugins for building WordPress surveys, contact forms, feedback forms, and others will help you connect with your community.
