To enable the CaptainForm – VerticalResponse integration on your web form, go to Settings → 3rd Party Apps and add VerticalResponse from the apps list.
Enter your username and password associated with your VerticalResponse account and select the list where you want your contacts added.
Hit Customize to map fields and press Save.
From now on, each submission will create a contact in your Vertical Response mailing list.
If you want to remove or disable the VerticalResponse integration, return to 3rd Party Apps and press Remove or tick the box in the top right corner of the app.
