If you want to remove duplicate values from your Submissions database, use the Don’t allow duplicates option in the Form Editor → Edit Field section. Select the field you want to place as the unique identifier (e.g. Email) and set it to not allow duplicates.
This way, if a new submission is made with the same value to that respective field as from an older submission, an error message will appear and the form will not be submitted.
