Yes, you can. In your Form Editor, go to the Advanced tab and add a Phone field. Then, select in the Number Format dropdown list the format that suits your needs.
The Phone field consists of three separate boxes. The number of digits accepted in each one is different, in accordance with each standard format. If the phone format doesn’t work for you, use a short text field with a regex code with the exact validation that you need.
