All files that have been uploaded through your online forms appear as downloadable links in the Submissions section, when viewing each submission separately (in the View Submission lightbox). By default, any person can use the link if having access to it.
In Settings → Security → Upload permissions, you can secure these links either by a password or only when you are logged in your CaptainForm account.
