All web forms have a specific URL that Google, Bing or Yahoo might track. If you would like to hide the WordPress forms that you created with CaptainForm – WordPress Form Builder Plugin – from them, it can easily be done. To hide your WordPress forms from search engines, go to the CaptainForm Plugin, then to the Advanced section of your form and tick the option Hide forms from search engines. Hit Save changes and you are done.
Note: Only if the WordPress forms are published on other webpages that aren’t hidden from search engines, will other people locate them through search engines. But only after they open the content of the page.
